Fred is a menace. For those of you who are unfamiliar with Fred, it’s the deranged squirrel who terrorizes my little puppy on a daily basis,as well as eating all my birdseed. This morning Fred ran just fast enough to make it up the crepe myrtle with Ozzie dead on his too fluffy tail. Normal squirrel/dog behavior, right? Well, Fred stopped three feet up the tree and sat starring at Ozzie. He was close enough for me to grab, but out of Ozzie’s reach. He’s an arrogant little sucker. I pulled Ozzie along on our walk to get his mind of his nemesis and he trotted away (he’s a good little boy). When we left in the car later, Fred was back on the porch scoping out the birdseed. He was twitching his bushy tail and I got the general impression it was his way of flipping us off. I hate that squirrel. #fred #ozzie #michelenimtz
