I said new things were coming. Here they are...
The Little Free Library located outside my home is soon to host a new friend. Her name is "HOPE" and she is an urban fairy (yes, FAIRY) being re-homed to my neighborhood. Over the next few weeks, I shall post about the signs of my littlest "evacuee", even if I can't capture photographic evidence of her in the flesh (or whatever it is fairies are made of).
I've been notified by FEMA (Fairy Emergency Management Agency) that they are fast at work preparing her relocation, and gratefully appreciate the library's temporary space for housing. Such things as fairies perish in times of cruelty, anger, and hatred. The official name of this blight is Fairy Famine. Let's show HOPE we can change the world!
Fairies thrive in small places of wonderment and imagination such as a community supported book share. I am proud of my local book share community members. They not only keep it stocked with an unending flow of changing book selections, but they even organize and clean it on a regular basis. My new favorite additions are the small painted rocks being left (pictured above). I just know HOPE will love them!
For those of you unable to visit this Little Free Library, please join me in wishing HOPE happiness in her move by leaving a comment and I will forward them to HOPE once she arrives. #fairies #michelenimtz #littlefreelibrary
